Kedrick Malone’s destination background and diversified business experience makes him uniquely qualified to lead FG DESTINATIONS™. His primary objective is to utilize FreemanGroup’s extensive offerings and experience to help tourism destinations develop and institutionalize a service culture where frontline workers and managers are Service Ambassadors delivering a high quality experience that compels visitors to return and/or recommend the destination. Prior to his current position, Kedrick served as Director of Tourism for the British Virgin Islands (BVI). In his role as Director, he led the promotion and development of the tourism sector. During the past twenty-five years, Kedrick has held positions in the public, private and non-profit sectors including Deputy Permanent Secretary to the Chief Minister of the BVI; Film Commissioner of the BVI; marketing, service and management positions with IBM Corporation and Chairman of the BVI Chamber of Commerce and Hotel Association.

Director of Business Development for FG DESTINATIONS™, Pat Moore brings over twenty years of sales/marketing experience in Caribbean and Latin American travel and tourism, including working with the Caribbean Hotel Association, the Dominican Republic, Bahamas and Cancùn on various trade and marketing initiatives.

Pat began working with FreemanGroup in 1999 and her Caribbean experience and contacts have helped the company to significantly expand their presence in the region. Her personal and professional experiences allow her to understand the challenges hindering high quality service delivery and the skill set Pat possesses perfectly compliments the FG DESTINATIONS™ team.
