The Science of Service
A Note from Bill Freeman (CEO)
For twenty years FreemanGroup has worked in the Caribbean region. During this time, we have all seen the fundamental dynamics of tourism and expectations of visitors change immeasurably. In light of these changes, I saw a clear need to provide destinations with an all encompassing approach to quality issues directly affecting their visitors’ intent to return and recommend. In response, I formed FG Destinations a distinct company combining destination branding with a scientific approach to delivering quality service.
The first step was putting together a skilled and accomplished team with ownership in the division; professionals who understood the region and its ongoing service challenges. The result: Kedrick Malone, Managing Partner. Kedrick leads the team with enormous industry and regional experience. Patrick O'Bryan in his operational role offers exceptional tactical assessment and implementation, and Pat Moore in her business development role supports the regional strategy and strengthening approach perfectly.
I am truly excited about this addition to the FreemanGroup family of companies. FG Destinations offers an array of services specifically geared to increase your destination’s public and private tourism sectors. We are proud to support all service industries within the region and look forward to talking to you about your specific needs and concerns.
Finally, thank you for all of your support in the past. I’m looking forward to twenty more years of working with you through FG Destinations.
